By creating an account or using Editique, you agree to these terms.

What Editique does

Editique connects brands and creators who fund clip campaigns with clip creators who create and post short-form clips. Clip creators are paid based on the verified views their clips receive, at the rate shown on each campaign.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the clip creator rules.

Content

• You may only clip content that a campaign provides, and only for that campaign's purpose.
• You are responsible for following the rules of each platform you post on.
• Brands are responsible for having the rights to the content they provide.

Earnings and payouts

• Earnings are calculated from views we verify, at the campaign's rate, subject to any minimum views, per-clip cap and campaign budget.
• We decide whether views are genuine. Earnings from clips that break the rules may be withheld or removed.
• Earnings from a campaign become available to withdraw after that campaign ends and its final views are checked.
• Payouts are sent to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• Campaign rates and budgets can change or end at any time; changes don't affect earnings already approved and paid.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Editique isn't liable for indirect losses, platform outages, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to use Editique means you accept the updated terms.
